ABOUT OUR CLUB
The Incarnate Word Athletic Booster Club is a volunteer group of parents working together to support, promote, and advocate for all Incarnate Word High School athletes. We believe quality athletic programs enrich the high school educational experience
PURPOSE & FUNCTION
- To promote the mission that the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word began 137 years ago both within our school and to potential families choosing a Catholic High School for their daughter(s).
- To enrich, improve, develop and support all athletic activities of the young ladies of Incarnate Word High School.
- To provide financial support for the purchase, maintenance and sponsorship of athletic events, athletic equipment and athletic facilities.
- To serve as a resource group and in an advisory capacity in coordination with the athletic administration of Incarnate Word High School.
- To promote awareness of IWHS Athletics and their vital role in the success and future of Incarnate Word High School
- To grow a shared spirit and engagement among alumnae, parents, students and their families, faculty, staff and administration through the Athletics program.
MEETINGS
The Booster Club meets monthly, typically on the second Monday of each month, at 5:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. Any updates or changes will be notated on Social Medias, Push pages, and Athletic Newsletters.
